Chilled cacao, flax, avocado dessert
This is a satisfying dessert that tastes good and is excellent for promoting healthy digestion.

Ingredients:
3 tbsp raw cacao nibs
3 tbsp flax seed
16 ice cubes
1 banana (moderately ripe)
1 avocado (ripe)
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp lecithin granules
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond milk (cold)
Instructions:
1.grind the cacao nibs and flax seed to a coarse powder in a mini coffee grinder
2.put all ingredients (including the ground cacao and flax) into a blender
3.blend until smooth
Makes four servings.
Notes:
Add more or less almond milk - as needed to allow adequate mixing in the blender
Add more or less maple syrup depending on personal taste and ripeness of the banana.
Raw cacao can be bought at health food stores and some grocery stores with health food sections.
Tip: chill serving bowls in advance.
